I was employed for a number of years at Syracuse University’s IT support center, Computing & Media Services.  I mostly provided student support, dealing with account issues and broken computers.  In my private life, I usually find myself in the role of computer repair guy for everyone I know. As such, I have had all sorts of odd technology problems brought before me, some amusing only to those of us tech nerds who find technology foibles funny, and some that would surprise and amuse just about anyone who has ever glimpsed a magical compu-whatsit.  Ask me about amusing atrocities perpetrated on innocent tech; any legitimate tech questions you might have are welcome as well!
